Deputy director of “SB-Company” and the head of noncommercial partnership ”Unicorn” Eugenia Chikina began her career in gambling business in “Blizzard” nightclub. Two years were not worthless for a further lawyer. Today Eugenia solves very serious questions. One of the main goals of noncommercial partnership ”Unicorn” is to protect and safeguard interests of those involved in gambling business.

Activity of informational and consult center encompasses solution of legal questions for the company, psychological training of personnel, education of casino managers. A lot of time is devoted to documents, negotiations, recruitment of the personnel, publishing of educational materials and etc.

Today “Unicorn” encompasses a management agency “Casino”, “SB-management” Company, State Polytechnic Museum and some regional associations of gaming business and some casinos. Russian International Academy of Tourism the only high school with state accreditation, which may at federal level educate and assess personnel in this particular sphere, joined the partnership.

“We would like to give a clear notion of the role and importance of gaming business, I would rather say the element of economy of the country. For state bodies a number of offers was developed by noncommercial partnership “Unicorn” and its partners. Our personnel all the time travel all over Russia giving an astonishing statistics about equipment, management and gaming automats. I believe that this statistics is of interest both for casinos and State Committee on Sports that license all these casinos. We should give legal assistance for example to estimate the conditions of licensed casinos whether they fit all standards.

In many regions of Russia there are both small and big gambling houses and there is always a great difference in rules and stakes and personnel may simply be unprepared.
