made in “ultra” style with diameter of 39 and 43 mm and with decals

“Jupiter” chips series could be of one, two or three colors. Pallet
includes 15 standard colors, but the company may also offer the
colors of the additional pallet.
The design of “Jupiter” chips which are 39 mm in diameter and weight
13,5 grams can be made of one or two colors. One color is used
pouring and the other to color side and inner inserts. If a chip
is one colored it does not have inserts. The two-colored chip design
consists of the following elements (inserts), which are colored
with the second color: a ring around decals (unchangeable element),
“suit” their quantity is always the same (6 items) and “whiskers”
(3 items). Composition of side and inner inserts may have different
variants.
“Lucky-chip” (diameter 39 mm) is of particular interest. Its design
includes a legend around the field and a ring around decal. The
first color is for pouring the field; the second one is for the
legend and the ring. You may choose different colors and legends
from the GEM palette. These chips may be used both as entrance,
as payment and as prize. They differ much from gaming counters
but nevertheless they succeed from “Jupiter” series, the have “suit”.
The design of chips with the diameter 43 mm and with weight of
14 grams presupposes the use of one, two or three colors. The two
or three colored design includes side and inner decoration inserts
poured with one or two colors: a ring around decals (unchangeable
element), “suit” (there can be variants with (6 items) or without
it), “triangles” (their amount on the chip may vary from 3 to 6),
“whiskers” (there can be variants with (3 items) or without them).
One should mention that filigree made elements of inserts is one
of the levels of protecting from forgery and copying. Depending
on the composition the picture of edge may also change. The palette
consists of 15 colors.
“Jupiter” series design presupposes the text around the chip field
(the name of a casino or monogram) and graphical pictures. This
variant is available only according to individual order and on
two-colored chips with the diameter 43 mm.
Decal is an important part of a gaming counter on which depend
the originality and individuality of the product and as a consequence
of the casino on the whole. Despite the fact that decal is a classical
element of a chip which is rather difficult to change modern technologies
allow GEM company to do something interesting for customers.
As a rule information about casino (its logotype and face-value)
is situated on decal. The rest is in the realm of GEM company painters
and designers. Moreover the company offers chips with the increased
diameter of decal. Technologically the company may put on decals
both graphical and photo images. Decals made according to the foregoing
scheme are called “classical”. Beside “classical” decals the company
produces metallized. An image may be put both on a part of a decal
and on the whole surface of it. Metallized decals may be “silver”,
“gold” and holographic of different tones, which considerably increase
the protection level of a chip and give it more authority.
Moreover the company may put an image on a decal with special ultraviolet
color. The decal will look like as usual one but when in ultraviolet
light images will be lightening. This presents another level of
protection from forgery and copying. You may also choose a lamination
of a decal. It may be either glossy or dim. Lamination is chosen
according to the whole design and type of printing.
The time of production counting from the moment of standard order
validation is two weeks.
GEM Company gives 1 year warranty but the real term of exploitation
